Physical books are sold as print-on-demand books, printed by [Lulu](https://www.lulu.com/). Lulu has printing centres in six countries around the world:

- USA
- Canada
- UK
- France
- Australia
- India

Books are printed and shipped from different locations depending on the format, size, and other details.
