Hobb Hall is a notoriously haunted building, with reports of ghosts and spirits going back centuries. After lying vacant for years, it has recently been purchased by an electronics company and converted into a research facility. But their work has been disrupted by strange noises, damaged lab equipment, and even sightings of "ghosts". Can the hunters resolve the haunting? Or will something even older and more terrifying awake?
While set in the 1960's / 70's UK, this mystery includes guidance on alternative settings, including the modern era and the USA.
