You are seeing downloads, but no sales because that product was included in a recent bundle, which means it is being downloaded by bundle purchasers. Those downloads don’t show as sales of the individual product, because the bundle itself was the product purchased.
We are currently working on improving those reports to make it clearer when a product has been downloaded as part of a bundle. Those updates should be live soon.
If you increase the date range of your report filters, you’ll also see that you have made sales of your product outside of the bundle. As this is a public forum, I’m not going to post any of your numbers here.
As for getting more sales, there isn’t necessarily anything you’re doing wrong. Sales can vary quite a bit between marketplaces, and building an audience and getting products in front of the right people generally takes time. RPG Trader provides the marketplace and works to give products as much visibility as we can, including through the ways we surface products on the homepage. You can read more about that here.
There are also a few things you can do on RPG Trader that may help people discover and try your work. For example, you can provide free preview/demo versions of your products, create other products that are available for free, review your pricing against similar products on the marketplace, and encourage your buyers to recommend your products and leave reviews.
