# Creator emails appear as if from RPG Trader

Hey there! I’ve received a few emails now from creators I follow which I’m very happy to have happened, my issue is that there’s very little to identify which creator it’s come from other than the “from” email address. The emails themselves are completely RPG Trader branded, and don’t even mention the creator in the subject line. Both times I’ve initially thought the email came from RPG Trader and then became confused!

Could we add a line or something to the email template to say we have received a message from the creator, and/or perhaps even include their branding/profile image?

Agreed that this can be improved - we’ll make some updates here to make it clear that the creator emails come from creator’s themselves.

We’ve just pushed an update to the email headers so the creator’s branding is now used when they send emails to their buyers or followers.

Here’s a screenshot of a sample email, showing the subject line identifying that it comes from RPG Trader, the creator’s name as the from name, and the email content with the new header:

The email preview and test emails all show this new header when used, so you can still always see what your emails will look like prior to sending them.
